Modern slavery is one of the biggest human rights abuses of our time. At Corin, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We recognise that modern slavery can include: forced and child labour; bonded labour (work provided to repay a debt); slavery and servitude (a person exercising power of ownership over another); and human trafficking.

Like all businesses, we run the risk of being exposed to modern slavery either within our direct operations or indirectly through our supply chain. We are fully committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking, recognising that the greatest risk of slavery lies within our supply chains; where we undertake procurement activities and where operational and managerial oversight are out of our direct control.

Organisation's structure

We are a global manufacturer and supplier medical devices in the orthopaedic sector. We are the parent company of the Corin Group (Group). The Group has over 700 employees worldwide and operates in numerous countries across the globe.

Our business

Our business is headquartered in Cirencester (UK) which hosts our central functions including the Group marketing, manufacturing, IT, quality & regulatory, engineering, supply chain, HR, finance and legal departments. We have direct subsidiaries in individual geographies which operate our business on a local level.

Our supply chains

Our supply chain comprises of manufacturing facilities in Cirencester, California and Massachusetts (which source raw materials from third party suppliers); stocking warehouses in our local markets; and consignment locations at our customers' facilities.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place any where in our supply chains.

Processes for slavery and human trafficking

As part of our initiative to mitigate risk, Corin has a strict Anti-Slavery Policy and imposes a legal requirement on all of our suppliers to adhere to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Modern Slavery Policy through our supplier code of conduct.

Supplier compliance to this code will be reviewed through regular supplier audits.

We have implemented a Modern Slavery training process, focused on the management team and those involved in managing our supply chain/ procurement processes. Results from the training will be monitored through a Modern Slavery KPI process which will be reviewed yearly.

We also operate a confidential whistleblowing hotline which allows our employees and representatives to report any suspicions of slavery within our operations. Any such reports are promptly investigated and addressed.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
